Certain media organizations (“LJI Funding Recipients”) have entered into LJI Funding Agreements with NMC (each, a “Funding Agreement”) and are authorized to submit text, audio, video, photographs, music, posts, commentary and/or other content for posting, display and/or other uses on this website (collectively, “User Content”).
If you are an LJI Funding Recipient and are submitting User Content to this website, you hereby grant to us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to produce, reproduce, perform, publish, communicate to the public by telecommunication, make available, store, broadcast and exhibit the User Content, or any part thereof, as part of this website, in any material form whatsoever throughout the universe in perpetuity. You acknowledge that this website and all material, information, photographs, video, music, text, trade-marks, trade names, logos, User Content and other content of this website (collectively, the “Content”) are our property or the property of our affiliate(s), our service providers, LJI Funding Recipients, suppliers or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark law, patent law and any other applicable laws. These rights are valid and protected in all media now existing now or later developed, and all use of the Content shall be in accordance with such rights and the terms of this agreement.
